This is a two part session. The first half will be focused on 'How to become a NED' the second half will be focused on the shift towards multi-generational boards. Part 1 • What is a Non-Executive Director? What do they do? Why do they exist? • Why should you consider becoming an NED (and why you shouldn't!)? • Who can be a NED? • What is the time commitment? • What is the pay? • How do I find roles? • What do I write in my CV or Cover Letter? Part 2 The average age of a NED has been over 60, but this is changing. We are beginning to see more multi-generational boards. Hear our panel discuss this topic. There'll be time for Q&A.
