Before diving in, ensure you meet the basic criteria:
- You're over 18
- You're a leader or potential leader in academia, arts and culture, or digital technology.
- You have an endorsement from an approved endorsing body.
Unlike other UK visas, there are no salary or English language requirements, making this visa pathway accessible to top talent worldwide.
Step 2: Securing an eligibility
Endorsement is the heart of your application. It proves your exceptional talent or potential in your field. The endorsing body you need depends on your expertise:
- Arts and Culture: From dance to film, literature to architecture, impress bodies like Arts Council England or the Royal Institute of British Architects.
- Digital Technology: Tech Nation will assess your excellence in fintech, gaming, cybersecurity, or AI.
- Academia or Research: Prove your leadership through an academic job offer, fellowships, or research grants, approved by institutions like the Royal Society or UK Research and Innovation.
Step 3: Starting your Global Talent visa application process with us, FOR FREE
To support your application, you'll need several key documents such as Passport (with a blank page), certificate of Endorsement, job etc. Given the complexity of the documentation requirements, we advise that you consider seeking guidance from an immigration solicitor.
You’ll proceed to complete the online application form on the visa application website, pay fees and healthcare surcharge and go on to prove your identity through a biometric appointment/app.
