We have three industry leaders who are also a part of the school's Advisory Board and would like to share their career journeys.
For the first hour students will get to hear from the guests about their career journeys and reflections. In the second hour, students will have conversations with each speaker in small groups.
Our first guest is Sam Coulstock, who is a prominent figure in the hospitality industry and Head of Professional Development with the Institute of Hospitality (IoH). He is a leading advocate for career progression and education within hospitality and has contributed to various initiatives supporting talent growth in the sector.
Our second guest is James Burtt, an in-demand and podcast expert. He is the founder of the Phonic Content Agency and has launched 180+ podcasts for global clients across all major sectors, working alongside celebrities, entrepreneurs, consultants, charities, actors, coaches, mentors and athletes.
Our final guest is Steph Inez Matthews, who is an award-winning leader and has special expertise in a new audience. She is currently the Global Creative Effectiveness and DEI Lead at Reckitt. In the past she has consulted and created growth opportunities for her clients like Philips, Mars, British Red Cross. She is keen on driving long-term sustainable growth and social impact.
