Join us for an exciting day trip from Warwick to London! We'll depart from Warwick University at 7:00 AM via coach, arriving in London in approximately two hours. Experience the iconic sights and sounds of London with a guided walking itinerary that takes you through some of the city's most famous landmarks and hidden gems. Here's a sneak peek at the day's highlights:
Start at King's Cross station and take the Victoria Line (Underground) to Green Park station (because everyone deserves to experience TFL!).
Morning Walk: Begin your exploration at Green Park, passing by Buckingham Palace, the official residence of the British monarch. Walk through St. James's Park to Westminster. Enjoy a scenic walk through the park and arrive at the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Admire the iconic clock tower and parliament buildings with stunning views of the River Thames and a distant view of the London Eye.
Afternoon Exploration: After a short Bus ride, arrive at Tower Bridge. Explore and take photos of the iconic bridge and the Tower of London.
Evening Stroll: Take the bus back to central London from Tower Hill to Trafalgar Square and see the iconic 60-foot-tall Christmas Tree all the way from Oslo, Norway. Explore the square and its surroundings. Walk to Piccadilly Circus for your quick photograph and continue your walk to Leicester Square. Have a quick hop into the Chinatown Bakery and continue walking to Covent Garden. Explore the Christmas market and enjoy street performances.
Finally, return to King's Cross St. Pancras via Piccadilly line for your journey back to Warwick University.

Note: Spots are limited, so register early together with your new friends to secure your place. Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended.
There will be a tour guide who will be taking you around London. The bus will drop you off at King’s Cross Station, where the tour guide will meet you. All the locations within London are walking and accessible by public transport. The cost of the public transport, bared by you, will amount to a maximum of £8 to £10 for the whole day.
