Your Mission:

As the branch’s retrofit and decarbonisation lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering fully PAS 2030/2035-compliant retrofit schemes that make a measurable difference to energy performance and resident comfort. From overseeing site teams to steering strategic compliance, you’ll be at the heart of our sustainable journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of retrofit programmes in line with PAS 2030/2035
• Act as the subject matter expert on retrofit and decarbonisation across the branch
• Prepare and manage PAS documentation, audits, and quality assurance plans
• Build and inspire teams of site managers, surveyors, and project coordinators
• Collaborate with designers, assessors, and consultants to ensure technical excellence
• Engage with clients at a senior level and represent Bell with confidence and credibility
• Drive site performance with regular inspections and high HSEQ standards
• Manage subcontractor competence and compliance with PAS/MCS frameworks
• Support pricing and optimisation of retrofit works with QS and commercial teams
• Lead audit preparation and interface with external certification bodies

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience delivering retrofit or decarbonisation programmes
• Deep knowledge of PAS 2030/2035, MCS standards, and compliance frameworks
• Ideally qualified to Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination, Sustainability, or similar
• Retrofit Assessor or Coordinator training is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in managing complex projects, P&L, and HSEQ compliance
• Full UK driving licence required
