As an Engineering Lead, you will drive the development of Kaedim’s advanced AI-powered 3D solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, oversee end-to-end product development, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative software. As a key contributor to the leadership team, you will shape the technical vision and strategy of our product.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering roadmap in alignment with Kaedim's strategic goals.
- Lead architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Oversee the development of AI-driven 3D tools from ideation to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and research, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Establish best practices for software development, including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
- Monitor and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a technical lead, preferably in a fast-growth startup
- 5 years of professional software development experience with expertise in AI/ML, 3D graphics, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with 3D graphics frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, WebGL) and/or AI technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for building innovative products.
