Home. There’s no place like it.
And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home. At Dunelm, that’s what we do. We’re the UK's number one choice for homewares because we make home life lovelier for our customers. And we’ve crafted a workplace that feels just as welcoming – where you can bring your ideas, be yourself, and feel right at home.
The Communications and Community team manages internal and external communications, ensuring the business is telling the right story to its various stakeholders across a variety of different channels.
We also manage Dunelm’s role in the Communities where its stores and sites operate. This includes various content and events, such as Delivering Joy initiatives, Community Facebook Groups, and the business’s various Charity initiatives, both at the national and local levels.
We’re the team that connects the dots. From Brand Marketing to Digital Trading, Sustainability to People, we work with just about everyone across the business. Our job? To bring brilliant stories to life and make sure they land with impact.
Whether it’s showing how we’re supporting local communities or how we’re doing our bit for the planet, we help make sure our work as a responsible retailer is joined-up, clear, and compelling.
