We are looking to hire our first IT Operations Specialist to own and deliver both day-to-day IT support and infrastructure projects across our cloud-first, multi-site environment.

You will have end-to-end ownership of IT operations, with responsibility for supporting staff, managing core platforms, and driving technical improvements and will report to our IT Manager .

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced, growing business and manage our Google Workspace environment, Intune MDM, networking, endpoint security, and RMM tools in order to keep our systems secure, scalable, and user-friendly as we expand. What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the primary IT contact for staff across London, Oxford, and our international offices, handling day-to-day support and infrastructure tasks.
  • Manage and optimise Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, security settings, and integrations)
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune MDM, ensuring devices are enrolled, compliant, and secured
  • Support and troubleshoot networking across multiple sites (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPNs, connectivity).
  • Improve our endpoint security / antivirus solutions and RMM platforms (monitoring, patching, automation).
  • Work with API endpoints to integrate systems, streamline workflows, and enable automation
  • Deliver and support new infrastructure and cloud projects (system rollouts, SaaS integrations, migrations, security initiatives).

What we need from you

  • A background spanning the 1st line, the 2nd line, and infrastructure support.
  • Proven in-house IT Operations experience with ownership of systems and projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune MDM and endpoint management.
  • Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with RMM platforms (Atera, NinjaOne, etc.) and endpoint security tools.
  • Experience supporting IT across multiple offices and locations.
  • Experience with API endpoints for integrations and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Ability to balance support work with project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally to our Oxford site.
  • A collaborative approach, working closely with the IT Manager and wider teams.
