What You’ll Be Doing:
- Database Growth: Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand the EMJ database, including organic growth and paid initiatives.
- Database Management: Support the day-to-day database management, helping to keep data clean, optimise retention, and ensure processes run smoothly.
- Be Our HubSpot Support: Assist HubSpot operations by helping maintain database accuracy, assisting with data workflows, and helping to improve customer journey processes.
- Data Insight & Reporting: track key performance metrics, and support with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Who you are:
- Eager to Learn: You may not have direct CRM or database experience yet, but you’re motivated to develop these skills and grow into the role.
- Tech-Curious: You’re confident using digital tools and quick to pick up new systems, including HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and are open to learning reporting and analysis tools.
- Proactive & Driven: You approach tasks with enthusiasm, take initiative, and are keen to support continuous improvements in customer and marketing processes.
- Clear Communicator: You can explain information simply and effectively, and you’re comfortable working with different teams to support shared goals.
Key Information
- Salary: Up to £30,000
- Reports to: Head of Marketing
- Hours: 8.30 am – 5 pm, Mon-Fri
- Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
