As a Primary Care Paramedic Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering acute care within the surgery. Working autonomously but with full clinical support, you will manage patients presenting with a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries, as well as long-term conditions where appropriate. You will assess, diagnose, treat, refer or signpost patients who attend the surgery. The post holder will have telephone, face to face and home visit appointments.

What we're looking for
- Forward-thinking, proactive and committed Paramedic Practitioner
- Registered Paramedic with the HCPC
- Experience in an urgent care or primary care setting is desirable
- Independent prescriber or willingness to work towards it (desirable)
- Excellent clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Confident and efficient using Microsoft Office and IT-based patient clinical systems, EMIS is preferable
- Current DBS check
- Occupation Health Clearance
- Knowledge of Adult and Child Safeguarding procedures and referral pathways
