As an HR Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver change initiatives on behalf of the HR Department. Projects must be delivered to the correct level of cost, time and quality, managing risks and issues through the life cycle of the project delivery.

The role is located at Market Drayton with a hybrid working model (3 days on-site per week).

Your challenge for the HR Project Manager (5-month FTC): - •Plan and define the scope of any existing or upcoming projects. •Resource plan for the function. •Complete project documentation in line with the project life cycle methodology. •Team leadership, including the project team and direct reports. •Control the quality of the output to ensure that the project is delivered to the highest standard. •Engage with key stakeholders to promote the project deliveries.
