Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive is currently searching for a technology and IP lawyer to support an assignment lasting up to 12 months. You will be working with one of our energy clients.
This will be on a full-time basis and will involve managing technology and IP matters. This is a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the office.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with commercial experience across a range of matters, ideally including technology and IP.
- You will ideally be working in-house; however, those from a private practice background will be considered.
- You will ideally have experience working in the energy sector.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
- You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.
