Logistics

Base salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (£65,000 - £85,000 OTE)

Remote working: On-site, Hybrid (up to 4 remote days p/w), Remote (~ monthly office visits)Work from: United Kingdom, Ireland

Job Description

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Automotive experience or start-up experience
  • Have experience generating outbound pipelines, preferably in B2B software sales
  • You are exceptionally ambitious, career-driven and want to excel quickly through hard work
  • Resilience: The willingness to cold-call and the ability to overcome rejection
  • Proven success in exceeding goals during professional experience

Desirable

  • Knowledge of electric vehicles or the energy markets, i.e. Fleets, rentals, smart charging, utilities
  • Past start-up experience a benefit
  • High level of self-motivation and a desire to learn and grow in the sales function of Volteras
  • Currently live In or near London
  • Have worked in an API, data-driven or technical company before

  • Unique opportunity to work In a pod with the Founding Sales team in an exciting, fast-moving and interesting market
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and the overall energy landscape
  • Hit expectations of cold calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Messages and qualified meetings generated
  • Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads
  • Use our tech stack and sales enablement tools; provide metrics on leads
  • Potential to advance quickly to Account Executive
  • Extreme Ownership: Taking accountability for responsibilities
  • Maximise ROI on marketing efforts: Follow up with attendees of webinars, events, and campaigns to ensure strong conversion into opportunities
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives: Work with marketing to promote attendance and engagement at events, webinars, and other learning opportunities
  • Contribute to feedback loops with marketing, helping improve campaigns and ensuring alignment between demand generation and sales efforts
