Client Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Delivery Specialist to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end processes, engage with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement to streamline and enhance efficiency. You will play a key role in client onboarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring clients are ready to transact as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Act as a trusted service partner, working closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Sales, and Operations to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience by managing end-to-end onboarding and due diligence (CDD) processes and managing existing clients
  • Drive automation and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deliver high-quality support for clients' channel activation, pre-transactional queries, and training.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Conduct Client Due Diligence (CDD) reviews and regulatory onboarding (FATCA, CRS).
  • Monitor client account activity to ensure transactions align with business profiles.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risk and compliance issues.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.

Process & Governance

  • Oversee documentation accuracy and data confidentiality.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and client management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for streamlining and automating workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to first-time-right principles and quality service standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong ability to build client relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, AML, and risk management principles.
  • Proficiency in business processes, data management, and reporting tools.
  • Previous KYC experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Risk & AML certification (as required by Bank policy).
  • Experience in corporate banking, client relationship management, or operations is a plus.
