Location: Elland

Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:00 am- 2:00 pm- These hours are essential

Salary: £26,325 - based on a full-time equivalent

Start date: January/ February

Benefits: 22 days + bank holidays, Pension Scheme, Free on-site parking, Training courses

We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to support a lovely client of ours! This role is ideally to start as soon as possible. It is fully on-site, and you must be able to work every day based on shorter days.

If you have administration experience, especially working for the following industries: Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction- then this role could be for you!

Key Duties:

  • Answering all inbound calls and directing them to the correct person
  • Responding to emails
  • Providing customer support and handling inquiries via phone, email and or in-person
  • Processing sales orders and sales invoices
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Producing export documentation
  • Maintaining customer and supplier data on the CRM system
  • Any other office-related jobs, as requested

Experience needed for this role:

  • Experience working as an Administrator/ Sales Admin
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate- Outlook, Excel and CRM Systems
