To support the Real Estate Director in running the assigned department efficiently and accurately and achieving compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations whilst contributing to a cooperative working environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen within ALDI’s Real Estate Team: to join the position of Real Estate Assistant.  To support the Real Estate Director in running the assigned department efficiently and accurately; and achieving compliance with all internal and external guidelines and regulations, whilst contributing to a co-operative working environment.

The candidate must be able to manage a full and varied workload.  The role demands a proactive and positive attitude, teamwork, great attention to detail, meticulous organisation and effective time management, as well as the drive to deliver quality.

We are looking to recruit an individual with creative flair who can develop new processes where necessary to further shape and then maintain methods and processes.

This is a 6-month FTC, we are open to part time working for this role 24 hours (3 days per week), the salary would be adjusted accordingly.

Your New Role

  • Liaises with internal and external auditors and external bodies when required.
  • Works alongside Real Estate colleagues and supports Real Estate Director in all aspects.
  • Checks and log Works orders/tender forms.
  • Participates in working groups as required to establish best practices and business consistency.
  • Fee tracking/invoice processing.
  • Complete the end-to-end process at all financial milestones in the area of responsibility.
