Job Responsibilities
Primary duties and areas of responsibility
- Provide desk-side and remote-based end-user support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems, including repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers.
- Setting up and administrating user accounts to systems in line with HR requests as well as completing user access audits across systems.
- Supporting projects as instructed by the Digital Transformation Manager and Management Team.
- To support the rollout of new software across the business. Maintaining and updating technical documentation as required. #
- Ensuring all logs for equipment and software are maintained.
