Executive Assistants at Accurx work at the heart of the business and it offers the perfect fit for someone looking to join a high performing Assistants team. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with 2–3 members of our Executive team, including the Chief People Officer and VP Clinical, ensuring their days run smoothly so they can focus on driving Accurx’s objectives. From managing complex diaries and inboxes to helping shape priorities, you’ll play a key role in enabling their success.

Supporting two vastly different areas of the organisation, this is a unique opportunity to gain insights to a variety of different perspectives and Executive requirements whilst contributing to the wider key Company Objectives. 

Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission 🤝...

  • You’ll run a constantly changing diary, scheduling meetings, developing agendas, taking notes/minutes and tracking actions.
  • You’ll be on top of the executives' and companies' ever-changing priorities, ensuring meetings are aligned with priorities and that there is time set aside to deliver important pieces of work.
  • You’ll act as the primary point of contact between the Execs you support and internal/external stakeholders for both internal and external meetings.
  • You’ll support effective communication between the Executive team and the wider organisation.
  • You’ll help to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment amongst other EAs, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • You’ll support company events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve the desired goals.

We'd like to hear from you if...

  • You have extensive experience working as a Senior Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-level individuals at the highest level in multiple fast paced organisations.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with colleagues and different audiences on behalf of the executive team.
  • You are experienced in managing busy diaries, correspondence, and email accounts.
  • You have excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines, using judgement to make decisions and prioritise your workload.
  • You are able to think multiple steps ahead of those you support, actioning potential next steps before they’ve even considered them with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You are highly adaptable to changing priorities, diverse needs of the individuals you support, new software systems, and are able to handle the various challenges present in a dynamic workplace.

💰 £50,000 - £60,000 salary dependent on experience + the value of £31,500 share options
