HR Advisors

Lincolnshire County Council

You'll play an integral role in providing a generic and agile HR Advisory service to the Council, acting as the first point of contact for customers, triaging case requirements and dealing with a vast array of queries, escalating more complex matters to Senior HR Advisors. There will also be opportunities to be involved in job evaluations and in projects related to our people strategy and the development of HR and people data to inform business strategy and performance.

This post enjoys the flexibility of hybrid working, working from home and in the office amongst the team.

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be qualified to Level 5 in a relevant subject with Associate CIPD status
  • Have some experience working in the HR
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the role of customer care and excellent customer services
  • Knowledge of the law relating to employment issues

 

The successful candidates are expected to work to the Lincolnshire County Council Values.

Candidates who do not hold the required qualification but can demonstrate relevant experience would be considered in accordance with the Council's Appointing One-Point Below Policy.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.  Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process.
