Job description

JOB TITLE: Customer Support

SALARY: £16,450

LOCATION: Gateshead

HOURS: 24.5 hours a week, including some Saturdays

WORKING PATTERN: Part-time

What you’ll need

  • Crucially, you're a people person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
  • The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
  • The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity – take time to resolve queries and give our customers confidence in the service you’re providing. 
  • The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customers.
  • A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met.
  • If located in in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection.
