Part Time School Administrator

Office Angels

Salary: £12.50-£13.50/hour Hours: 8 am-4 pm Temporary until December We are seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our school administration team. As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our educational institution.

Responsibilities: - Manage student records and information accurately - Coordinate school events, meetings, and schedules - Assist with student enrolment and registration processes - Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff members - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails - Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment - Uphold school policies and procedures - Assisting yourself with administration duties, copying data accurately, booking in and liaising with parents

Qualifications: - Previous experience in school administration or a related field is preferred - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with Bromcom is desirable but can be trained - Use of Excel, Word, great telephone manner - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
