Main duties of the job
- Perform routine resting 12 Lead Electrocardiograms (ECGs) to national standards across the Trust.
- Fit and remove Ambulatory ECG and BP monitors, ensuring recordings of high diagnostic quality.
- Recognize and report basic normal and abnormal rhythms to senior colleagues.
- Maintain patient comfort and dignity during procedures, providing compassionate care.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a high standard of patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits and research projects to improve service delivery.
- Adhere to departmental procedures and Trust policies, including health and safety, confidentiality, and information governance.

Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiographer to join our dynamic Cardiology Suite at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality electrocardiography services across various clinical settings, including wards, Accident & Emergency, Outpatients, and the Cardiology Suite.
