About the programme
You will be supported and launched into a banking career on a global scale through our 18-month graduate programme. During this time, you’ll meet peers and senior executives from across the Group, creating networks that will accelerate your career growth. Our training programme will enable you to develop your technical, business, and interpersonal skills through real-world experience and hands-on training. Future skill development is a key priority for the Bank, and by investing in our Early Careers programmes, we're committed to changing the way banking works for the better.
Your programme starts with an 8-week Technical Bootcamp that will equip you with the necessary skills and understanding of technology architecture, programming languages, and how banking solutions can be rapidly designed and delivered.
Eligibility
We welcome students with Engineering and Computer Science degrees and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. We’re looking for team players with excellent academic achievements and extracurricular activities who are agile, flexible, have strong technical abilities, and are open to learning the latest tech stack. You’ll have experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to JavaScript (ReactJS, React-Redux, nodeJS), TypeScript or Python. You need to be a final-year student and able to start full-time employment in July 2026. You’ll have the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
