About the Role:

We are looking for a Community & Marketing Manager to join Help Me Settle. You will be responsible for growing our community and creating relatable content in line with our brand guidelines. 

Role responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver a constant flow of engaging regular community e-newsletters, blogs, webinars,X space and other communications to our varied audiences.
  • Manage a pipeline of community members who are willing to take part in product interviews and research or take part in content and provide reference calls
  • Moderate, drive discussion, create and share relevant content and facilitate connections and knowledge sharing across the community.
  • Organise, run and host events, both virtual and in-person including live shows, webinars, workshops and networking events.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create engaging content and activity that demonstrates value to our audience and brings them closer to the Help Me Settle.
  • Survey and gather feedback form our community to inform future community strategy, test our platform so we can keep improving our features to suit our users.

  • Someone who can think outside the box and build with a growth mindset, understanding an idea is only ever as good as it’s execution
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities 
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
