We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product team here at Lottie. This is a vital role in the company, developing new products and features to improve the search process for elderly care - delivering huge benefits to our families, whilst delivering outcomes aligned to our business objectives - youā€™ll be directly impacting the growth and success of the business.

Itā€™s an exciting and challenging position, that touches almost every team across the business, youā€™re comfortable touching the worlds of design, user research, customer service, marketing, engineering. The role requires strategic thinking, creativity, an inquisitive mind and a willingness to get your hands dirty. Here at Lottie, youā€™ll be given autonomy in your work from day one, though with guidance and training.

What youā€™ll be doing

  • Owning and delivering epics (medium-large size features) end to end: This means youā€™ll be working across the full product lifecycle from ideation, working with our design team, through to building it collaboratively with our developers, testing, facilitating a smooth launch by working closely with all areas of the business, reviewing data and recordings to optimise a feature post-launch.
  • Coming up with product ideas - these might be ways to improve our existing products and customer journeys, or coming up with entirely new ones!
  • Proactively responding to product bugs/issues, working with developers to identify the problem, agree a solution
  • Querying and analysing data to draw insight, sharing and presenting those insights, identifying action that should be taken to improve and change those stats
  • Conducting user testing and review user engagement using tools like Hotjar to analyse heatmaps and recordings.
  • Working most closely with the design and engineering teams, but also with most other teams across the business: such as Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, Commercial etc.

Why this might be exciting

  • Weā€™re solving a really human, tangible problem, that many families face at some point
  • Meritocratic environment, we have a high degree of autonomy in a role that has potential to grow as the company grows
  • We get new products and features launched quickly, we have minimal bureaucracy, and we work in a highly adaptable environment
  • Working very closely with most teams across the business (and CEOs), in a highly collaborative environment

Who weā€™re looking for
