Duties will include:

  • Organising the logistics behind internal & external training courses, including all admin.
  • Managing the relationships with all training providers and training course attendees.
  • Prepare annual training budget and review actuals against budget on a quarterly basis, explaining any variants.
  • Review and authorise all training invoices and candidate training expenses.
  • Plan and book all training courses for the following qualifications: ACA/CIOT CTA/ATT/CII DIPLOMA IN REGULATED FINANCIAL SERVICES/AAT /ICSA CHARTERED GOVERNANCE QUALIFYING PROGRAMME/INSOLVENCY- INTRODUCTION TO BOOKKEEPING/INTRODUCTION TO INSOLVENCY/CPI/JIEB/LIBF/STEP 
  • Liaise with Partners and Team Leader to establish their teams’ training needs. 
  • Maintain training records for CPD purposes. 
  • Inducting new starters. 

Requirements  

  • Degree 
  • Passion for people & training 
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Excellent telephone, face to face and written communication skills. 
  • Strong IT skills to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint
